2 stars based on the quality and quantity of the salad. At the end of the day, what are we honoring? No one apologized, nor was the supervisor at liberty to tell me what happened. Ok, so what happened? Like was the order received or did someone handoff my order to someone else? Because there’s a printed sign that says” please show your proof of order/confirmation” something to that degree. She then prepared my order, walks over and hands it to me. I walk back in and head over to the pick up area yet again only to have to wait another 3 minutes for her to look at my order on my phone. I did not have my phone on me, so I had to go back to the car to retrieve it. She asked if I could show her an order receipt. Then, heads back to the computer where the orders are printed. She looks over the same salads in the pickup area for my name. Just my luck, nope! Then, she asks the supervisor to come over and she does. I still find the beef brisket and any types of beef dishes to be. However, the meat options are very much so hit-or-miss. I believe that theyre one of the last traditional buffets left in the state, and possibly even on the East Coast. She proceeds to ask another associate if she received/fulfilled the order. As far as a fish buffet, Flaming Grill is surprisingly adequate and fills in a void thats missing post-Covid. I approached the order pickup area and was greeted by an associate who looked through the orders(there were about 6) but was unable to locate mine. I placed my order around 12 for pickup at 1. So, I placed an order via the online app, for convenience because as we all know, lunchtime can get a little more than hectic. If you want to keep your customers do better, especially those who take the time to come in to eat. I will never come to this location again. And God forbid you need a napkin cause you won’t find one until the food comes out. What kind of customer service is that? At least tell me you’re out when I order. She tells me they only give the pineapple if the customer asks and proceeds to say they’re all out of pineapple and cilantro. The food finally comes 55 minutes later and my Al pastor tacos had no pineapple or cilantro. And they continue to make food for the door dash people picking up. It doesn’t take long to make a quesadilla at least for her. We were sitting 30 minutes before they brought us the chips and queso and she had the audacity to tell me here’s your chips while you wait for your food. Not the ones who come in to sit down and eat. The amount of door dash orders that come in and are picked up shows clearly which customers are the priority. I’m writing this review as I sit in the restaurant already 45 minutes gone since we ordered. For the wait, you might as well go to a restaurant worth waiting in.
